Well, we are trying to push things with the house forward. We are doing all sorts of things to ready the house for listing... (Even if we don't end up selling, the purging, cleaning and updating of a few things is still time well spent...) So we decided to take another look at the house near Bark Lake. This time we went down to the shoreline and looked around. The first thing you notice is how massive Bark Lake is... the section we were in was surprisingly not saturated with cottages... A lot of the area is actually Provincial Parks... Which is great. We also walked more of the heavily treed property. It is pretty amazing... there is already a bit of a path the house could be linked to. Nothing about our opinion on the interior really changed... we still love it... so... if anything this trip just confirmed our interest in trying to get ourselves there. We did get some positive news from our local real estate agent and she said our house should sell for a lot more than we budgeted. Yes, there is a spreadsheet. So who knows. I spent most of today readying my office for painting. It is a small sacrifice I guess. I love the colour it is painted but I guess, for selling, people want light colours? Everybody doesn't. I don't. Well, not ALL the rooms anyway... *shrug*
We had a nice walk with Dr.P. and also met TS's new girlfriend. We had a few laughs. Going there and back in two nights is pretty exhausting though. Vito's pizza was pretty solid even if they fscked up the NO MUSHROOMS on the order...
We drove home during the Sabres game four... I know. I know.... Anyway, I had a feeling they were eventually going to blow out the Bruins. Each game the Sabres have been getting a bit better... And game four the dam broke... What a game... Not only did they score 6 but they controlled play, and really limited BAhssTuns chances. A perfect road game. Sabres can *gasp* win a playoff series tonight.
